The menu at Punch Bowl Social showcases delightful, made-from-scratch American diner-inspired cuisine. We honor each ingredient while striving to innovate and embrace culinary trends in our distinctive style.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing preparation lists
  • Overseeing banquet preparation and execution
  • Conducting daily line checks
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Handling ordering and invoicing
  • Monitoring recipe adherence and execution
  • Supervising the expo area
  • Conducting transitional walkthroughs
  • Managing product storage and organization
  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Scheduling for back of house team members
