The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in kitchen management and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality culinary offerings that meet and exceed guest expectations in a timely manner. Daily responsibilities will include overseeing food production, maintaining quality standards, managing staffing levels, and facilitating departmental training.

Essential skills and knowledge required for this role include formal culinary education, cost management, effective communication, proficiency in computer applications, strong organizational abilities, guest interaction experience, and culinary instructional skills.

This role also requires the ability to provide guidance in the absence of the Sous Chef.
