Professional Bilingual Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bilingual Receptionist to join our team in Houston, TX. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails in both English and Spanish.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with translation and interpretation as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Paid hourly rate of $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
- Part-time schedule with 4-hour shifts.
