Job Summary
Super Heat Fitness is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Accountability Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized coaching and goal-setting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize client accountability programs based on the Initial Assessment
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with assigned clients
- Review progress with clients, discuss challenges, and provide encouragement and support
- Personalize action plans with specific milestones and deadlines to help clients make progress towards their goals
- Manage client session appointments using our scheduling system
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments
- Ensure the completion of assigned client(s) accountability program(s)
- Ensure client(s) fitness goals are met
Requirements
- Certified Coach credential (e.g., ICF, IAC, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's or higher or in Psychology, Counseling, Coaching, or related field
- CPR/AED Certification from an accredited organization
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1-3 years of experience in coaching training
- Excellent verbal, technical, and written communication skills
- Empathetic, compassionate, and supportive approach to coaching
- Proficient in goal setting, action planning, and progress tracking methodologies
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. and perform athletic calisthenics duties
- Reliable transportation
