Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in your designated region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on regional sales results and forecast future sales.
  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and other events to network and promote our products.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff and ensure team alignment with company sales strategies and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on food manufacturing, particularly in the ice cream industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and market dynamics specific to the food manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
