Role Overview:

We are in search of a Coordinator who will play a vital role in our Talent Acquisition department.

This position involves supporting various stages of the recruitment and selection process.

The Coordinator thrives in a dynamic environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage job postings in the Taleo system, evaluate candidates for specific roles, and conduct initial screening to filter applicants.
  • Facilitate preliminary phone and/or video interviews, and organize in-person or virtual meetings as required.
  • Oversee and maintain records related to new hires and onboarding, coordinating schedules with relevant stakeholders.
  • Utilize internal and external applicant tracking systems to enhance candidate sourcing, collaborating with Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing teams to optimize recruitment channels.
  • Provide assistance to the Talent team with various projects, reporting, and administrative tasks as necessary.

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of general office experience
  • Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to take initiative and learn quickly
  • Dependability and adherence to confidentiality protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a recruitment setting
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Taleo
