Role Summary

The Technical Recruiter plays a crucial role in engaging with prospective candidates and collaborating with internal teams. This position thrives in a dynamic, high-volume call environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize various recruiting channels to attract qualified IT professionals for TEKsystems' opportunities.
  • Initiate the hiring process for open positions, including sourcing candidates online, conducting initial phone screenings, and presenting suitable candidates to the IT Delivery Specialist.
  • Leverage social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to network and establish connections within the IT community.
  • Post job openings online and perform searches to expand the candidate pool.
  • Encourage referrals and follow up with potential talent.
  • Review resumes and select candidates for the interview process.
  • Coordinate interview schedules for candidates.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Utilize the proprietary Applicant Tracking System to maintain accurate documentation and track candidate information.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma is required.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in internet recruiting is advantageous.
