Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven track record in full lifecycle recruiting across various professional and administrative roles.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Advanced understanding of social media and online recruiting strategies.
  • Availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime and travel.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
