Position Overview

DRMP is at the forefront of enhancing North America's infrastructure landscape. As we expand our reach, we are seeking a dedicated AEC Recruiter to bolster our recruitment initiatives. This role is an exceptional opportunity to refine your talent acquisition expertise while contributing to impactful infrastructure projects that enrich communities.

In your capacity as an AEC Recruiter, you will be pivotal in driving the growth of DRMP. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will collaborate with a dynamic team focused on swiftly identifying, evaluating, and securing top-tier talent to support our ambitious expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding exceptional candidates.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify recruitment needs and foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Establish selection criteria and job specifications for open positions.
  • Work alongside fellow recruiters to share talent and enhance team performance.
  • Create recruitment strategies that align with our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, ensuring we lead the market in diverse perspectives.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools, including internal CRM/ATS, social media platforms, and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to formulate and finalize job offers.
  • Oversee resume evaluations and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Organize and manage recruitment events such as career fairs and industry conferences.
  • Promote and cultivate a positive company culture by embodying our core values and mission.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in AEC recruitment.
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate or Agency Recruiting, preferably with a background in technical engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven track record in full lifecycle recruiting across various professional roles.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Advanced understanding of social media and online recruiting strategies.
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime and travel.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
