Interim Human Resources Manager

About the Role

The Interim Human Resources Manager will be responsible for handling the staffing and recruiting process for the schools, collaborating with school directors and staffing needs, managing the Professional development program to secure employee retention, and understanding the benefits package and assisting with employee enrollment. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Director of HR.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of related experience in human resources, preferably in a nonprofit or educational setting
  • Experience with ADP is a plus
  • SHRM certification is a plus
