This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide strategic support to the Division of Bridges Senior Director of Finance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare hiring packages and personnel actions for the Senior Director of Finance and other teams.
- Assist with calendar management, budget monitoring, and overtime tracking.
- Ensure Division staff are properly coded and take corrective action as needed.
- Oversee HR employee files and data entry.
- Support employee onboarding and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Provide HR, payroll, and timekeeping support.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- A master's degree in a relevant field and two years of professional experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of city-wide HR systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
