Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Solutions Specialist at MVP, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and enhance our Salesforce platform, ensuring its full potential is harnessed to align with and support our business goals, utilizing agile methodologies.

You will also manage the daily configuration, upkeep, and support of our Salesforce system. This pivotal role serves as a bridge between technology and operational functionality for our organization. The ideal candidate will engage with various stakeholders to optimize processes, improve user experience, and lead successful Salesforce-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
Uphold and embody the Core Values and Mission Statement of MVP.

Collaborate across departments to grasp evolving business needs and drive innovation through Salesforce capabilities.

Work closely with users, vendors, and third-party partners to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business applications. Troubleshoot integration challenges and coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders.


Develop and tailor Salesforce solutions to support and enhance business processes, including the creation of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and other necessary customizations.

Adjust Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows to meet business needs.

Design and implement automation using Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flow Builder to enhance operational efficiency. Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.

Create and maintain essential dashboards and reports.

Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, profiles, roles, and permission sets.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data cleansing, validation rules, and duplicate management. Assist in data migration and integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.

Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and best practices.

Stay updated on Salesforce advancements and best practices for security and compliance.

Additional Functions:
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Salesforce Certified Administrator

In-depth understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud architecture, data modeling, and security features.

Familiarity with Lightning Platform and Apex

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a diverse audience, both technical and non-technical.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, building strong partnerships and achieving shared objectives.

Exhibit a proactive mindset, adapting smoothly to changes in business, technology, and organizational requirements.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Analyst.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
