About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at McCann Central. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion of existing client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to develop and execute business growth plans.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform business growth strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on business growth progress and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing and advertising industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
