About Us: Datum Software is a leading provider of software solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner who will be responsible for managing the product backlog, coordinating sprints, and facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and excellent communication and servant leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business needs and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate sprints and ensure that team members are working towards common goals.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration among team members.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks and provide guidance on Scrum techniques and artifacts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that product requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap and ensure that it aligns with business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders and customers to inform the product vision and strategy.
  • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements.
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products.
  • Lead the product functional design process and define go-to-market plans.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a scrum master/TPO role.
  • Familiarity with software development.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
  • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field.
  • Scrum master certification is a plus.
