Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of specifications and lead JEDEC initiatives for PMIC, SPD, TS, Security, and other logic products for DDR5 and DDR6.
  • Serve as the primary representative in JEDEC Technical Groups and Committees.
  • Draft the internal Functional Specifications Document (FSD) for all products, ensuring it encompasses JEDEC specifications based on insights from internal teams and clients.
  • Participate in weekly JEDEC Technical Group calls for PMIC, Security, TS, SPD, labels, and DIMM modules, providing weekly updates.
  • Attend quarterly committee meetings.
  • Act as the Technical Group Chair for JEDEC PMIC Technical Group.
  • Develop specifications for JEDEC across various products.
  • Oversee the JEDEC PMIC 5030 specification and future PMIC specifications.
  • Coordinate internally with design and marketing teams on JEDEC direction weekly.
  • Facilitate cross-functional data sharing regarding the specifics of each JEDEC Technical Group and its impact on our products.
  • Create materials for the Marketing Requirements Document (MRD) for new product launches.
  • Develop and manage the internal FSD specifications for our products.
  • Engage in strategic customer discussions to present the JEDEC overview and gather feedback for our products.
  • Assist in the development of new product lines for PMICs and Security Products targeting Automotive, SSD, or other focused areas.

Qualifications:

  • Over 20 years of industry experience.
  • A design background is essential in memory interface products, SPD, TS, PMIC, and Security Products.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of architecture and full chip design is required.
  • Proficient in specification writing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in public speaking to both small and large audiences.
  • Thorough understanding of JEDEC procedures and policies.
  • Familiarity with PCIe and CXL is advantageous.
