Strategic Development Manager

The Global Fund for Women is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead its annual giving program. This vital role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to increase annual fund donations.
- Create and execute a donor engagement plan to cultivate existing relationships and attract new supporters.
- Design and manage direct mail campaigns in collaboration with the Brand and Culture Team to maximize fundraising impact.
- Analyze performance data to inform strategy and drive results-oriented decision-making.
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of non-profit fundraising experience, including at least 5 years in annual fund programs.
- Demonstrated success in expanding and cultivating existing donor relationships.
- Expert-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to influence philanthropy and lead donor education efforts.
- Familiarity with donor database formats, with knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
- In-depth understanding of fundraising techniques and sources of funding.
Salary Range: $92,000 - $140,000*
*This range reflects our high-market location and will vary based on the candidate's city and state of residence.
