Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our team at ADP. This role requires a strong ability to manage an external client territory and build lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in service or relationship management, with a proven track record of successful business leadership. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to drive results through individual efforts and influencing others.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, using HR experience and consulting skills to solve critical business challenges.
- Strengthen the connection with clients through service and consultation.
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to oversee and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure delivery of Service Excellence and improve overall client relationships.
- Proactively maximize client satisfaction, including client outreach programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in service or relationship management.
- Strong business leadership experience, preferably in consulting or large corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to support client visits and strengthen relationships.
