Position Title: HR Assistant II

Position Overview:

As an HR Assistant II, you will be responsible for managing employee interactions, ensuring that each inquiry is addressed and resolved with exceptional problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction. You will serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to Leave, Disability, and other related matters, handling case intake, general policy inquiries, documentation, and next steps to facilitate the process.

Your role will involve:

  • Addressing employee inquiries through various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
  • Utilizing available resources such as FAQs, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures to resolve issues.
  • Building trust with employees through empathetic and personalized communication, adapting your approach to meet their evolving needs.
  • Managing sensitive issues that may arise during leave events, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
  • Applying critical thinking and sound judgment to balance adherence to processes with the needs of employees regarding disability, leave, and accommodation requests.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address process changes and improve policies.

Job Type: This is a contract position.
