  • Talent Outreach: Engage in outreach activities aimed at attracting intern and student talent, following the direction of your supervisor.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Oversee the onboarding logistics, including access, resources, and activities for new hires and internal transfers, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Employee Data Management: Process and submit changes related to employee information such as new hires, transfers, terminations, compensation adjustments, benefits enrollment, and demographic updates through the company's established systems.
  • Exit Interview Assistance: Support the execution of exit interviews for departing employees, under the guidance of management.
  • HR Cycle Facilitation: Assist in the scheduling and organization of HR cycles, including performance reviews, compensation planning, training sessions, and compliance training.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Employee Relations Support: Help address employee relations matters and investigations, under direct supervision.
  • Company Knowledge: Maintain an understanding of the company's values and strategic objectives.
  • Policy Support: Uphold and support the implementation of corporate policies.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Associate's Degree or a 2-year Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Required: Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Preferred: Skills in administrative tasks, confidential filing, and customer service.
  • Required: Strong time-management abilities.
  • Required: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required: Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employment records, inquiries, medical information, and investigations.
