Industrial Sales Representative

At DXP Enterprises, we are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to our industrial customers. As a Sales Professional, you will play a vital role in identifying and driving business growth, while developing strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans and accurate forecasts for accounts
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Grow and maintain new and existing accounts
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in industrial supplies
- Identify new sales and service opportunities within the territory
- Solve problems using our product offerings
- Understand customer vision and supply chain objectives
- Establish and expand relationships with decision-makers
- Exceed sales goals and objectives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years outside sales experience selling industrial supplies
- Customer-service oriented mentality
- Computer literate
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience generating proposals and solutions
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to work productively with minimal supervision

Working Conditions: Driving to and from customer locations
Training/Certifications: N/A
Shift Time/Overtime: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Education: High School Diploma or GED
