Job Overview

The BLS Company is seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional support to our clients worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via various channels
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when necessary
  • Provide product and service information to clients
  • Update customer records and account information
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and make recommendations to management
  • Assist with other duties as required
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Knowledge of the limousine or transportation industry is an asset
