Position Overview:
The role of a Sales Associate is crucial to the overall performance and effectiveness of the retail environment. This position requires a strong commitment to our brand values while providing exceptional service to our clientele and achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Floor Management:
Understand and align with organizational goals, making informed decisions that support company priorities. Take ownership of personal performance metrics and develop effective sales strategies in collaboration with management. Create actionable plans to enhance personal performance and address areas for improvement.

Act as a brand ambassador for Coach, consistently demonstrating our service and selling standards. Stay informed about local market trends that may influence business outcomes and assist in executing local sales initiatives. Drive sales through effective client engagement, sourcing new customers, and nurturing ongoing relationships.

Provide comprehensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings. Communicate promotional strategies and pricing effectively to customers. Utilize cross-selling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and address individual customer needs.

Operational Excellence:
Ensure all daily operational tasks are completed without compromising service quality or brand standards. Maintain the sales floor and backroom in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring a clean and organized environment.

Support inventory management processes, including processing shipments and restocking shelves. Assist at the cash wrap as needed, ensuring efficient transaction processing.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

- Basic technical skills, including familiarity with cash register systems and mobile POS technology.
- Physical ability to perform tasks efficiently, including lifting and moving merchandise.
