Role Responsibilities

The Physician Recruiter plays a crucial role in the recruitment process by making daily outreach calls to generate qualified leads through strategic engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting phone screenings and assessing provider credentials.
  • Providing lists of qualified candidates to sales consultants and clients for further evaluation.
  • Utilizing consultative selling techniques to present Jackson Healthcare's services to potential providers.
  • Maintaining detailed account histories and job postings within the database.
  • Promoting the company's professional image and values.
  • Assisting regional associates and keeping management updated on activities, challenges, and recruitment metrics.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assuming accountability for the effective execution of all related recruitment functions.
  • Making scheduled calls and responding to incoming provider inquiries and referrals.
  • Engaging with prospective providers to present the company's services and client opportunities.
  • Identifying open opportunities through lead generation and screening processes.
  • Evaluating the availability and credentials of providers against client needs.
  • Conducting phone interviews and asking pertinent qualifying questions.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and providers, ensuring providers remain engaged with the company.
  • Tracking and documenting changes in provider availability.
  • Sourcing and generating leads using various resources, including providers, clients, and job boards.
  • Updating provider information and other relevant data in the database consistently.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of information entered.
  • Collaborating with internal recruiters to connect providers with opportunities at Jackson Healthcare.
  • Gathering comprehensive details from providers regarding their credentials and availability to relay to regional associates.
  • Completing all recruitment activities in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal standards.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participating in training sessions and demonstrating learned skills effectively.
  • Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude when interacting with colleagues and clients.
  • Exhibiting a personal commitment to team goals and adhering to established guidelines.
  • Sending targeted marketing materials to providers with timely follow-ups.
  • Managing a daily schedule of calls, follow-ups, and required training sessions.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics set by the company through resource utilization and best practices.
  • Addressing client requests, complaints, and issues promptly.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or agency recruiting in a goal-oriented environment is preferred but not mandatory.
