Position Overview: As a Finance & Operations Talent Acquisition Specialist (remote (EST/CST)), you will collaborate closely with our client's Hiring Managers, overseeing various stages of the recruitment process. This includes conducting requisition intake meetings, sourcing candidates, screening and evaluating applicants, coordinating interviews, providing offer support, and facilitating onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions.
  • Conduct intake discussions with Hiring Managers regarding specific job openings.
  • Identify work behaviors and execute necessary actions to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals.
  • Meet or exceed assigned hiring targets and regularly review performance metrics to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide data as requested by the Manager of Talent Delivery or the Director of Client Delivery to meet client reporting requirements.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities are accurately documented, including candidate status, to maintain compliance and track SLAs/KPIs.
  • Adhere to corporate policies and guidelines while participating in regular company and team meetings.
  • Develop strategic recruiting and sourcing plans to enhance candidate pipelines.
  • Manage the candidate pool for each requisition, including internal applicants, responses to advertisements, and directly sourced candidates, using independent judgment to assess candidate eligibility based on resumes and interview notes.
  • Create a qualified candidate profile and identify the best candidates to meet client expectations and SLAs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client partners.
  • Participate in special projects as needed to enhance service offerings to current and prospective clients.
  • Foster positive relationships and strong partnerships to ensure a favorable candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on sourcing.
  • Proven experience sourcing for specialized positions.
  • Familiarity with recruitment in the insurance sector is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Relevant coursework or certifications such as AIRS, Adler Group, Recruitment Juice, NextLevel Exchange, or Art of Recruiting.
  • Demonstrated success in generating candidate pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $56,910-$77,070. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on various factors including education, work experience, job location, specific job duties, and certifications. Depending on eligibility, total compensation may include variable pay plans such as bonuses and/or commissions.
