  • Exceptional skills in sourcing, cold calling, presentations, and negotiations are essential.
  • A confident, energetic, and professional demeanor is required, with the ability to build relationships with executives and physician candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building abilities are necessary.
  • Proficient organizational and computer skills are required; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A stable employment history with verifiable references is essential.
