Role Summary
The Physician Recruiter plays a crucial role in the recruitment process by making daily outreach calls to generate qualified leads through strategic engagement. Responsibilities include conducting phone screenings, assessing provider credentials, and delivering candidate lists to sales consultants and clients for further evaluation. The recruiter employs consultative selling techniques to showcase Jackson + Coker's services to potential providers, while maintaining detailed account histories and job postings in our database.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all recruiting functions to ensure effective performance.
- Conduct daily scheduled calls and manage incoming provider inquiries and referrals.
- Reach out to prospective providers to present the company's services and client opportunities.
- Identify open opportunities through lead generation and screening processes.
- Evaluate the availability and credentials of providers against client needs.
- Conduct phone interviews and ask pertinent qualifying questions.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and providers, ensuring providers remain engaged with the company.
- Track and document changes in provider availability.
- Source and generate leads through various channels, including providers, clients, and job boards.
- Continuously update provider information and data in the database, ensuring accuracy and quality.
