Role Overview:

The Physician Recruiter plays a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for initiating daily outreach to generate qualified leads through strategic and engaging communication.   • Conduct daily scheduled calls and manage incoming provider inquiries and referrals.
  • Engage with prospective providers to showcase the company's services and client opportunities.

  • Facilitate phone interviews, posing qualifying questions to assess fit.
