Role Overview:

The Physician Recruiter plays a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for initiating daily outreach to generate qualified leads through strategic and engaging communication. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective execution of all recruiting functions.
  • Conduct daily scheduled calls and manage incoming provider inquiries and referrals.
  • Engage with prospective providers to showcase the company's services and client opportunities.
  • Identify open opportunities through proactive lead generation and screening processes.
  • Evaluate the availability and credentials of providers in relation to client needs.
  • Facilitate phone interviews, posing qualifying questions to assess fit.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with both clients and providers, ensuring consistent scheduling.
  • Document and track changes in provider availability.
  • Utilize various resources, including providers, clients, and job boards, to source and generate leads.
  • Regularly update provider information and other relevant data in the database.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of all entered information.

  • Gather comprehensive details from providers regarding their credentials and availability, relaying this information to relevant associates.
