Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to conduct searches and fulfill physician staffing requirements
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding search progress

- Conduct comprehensive phone interviews with a focus on detail and timely follow-up
- Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or recruitment is preferred
- Exceptional sourcing, cold calling, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential
- Confident, energetic, and professional demeanor is crucial: ability to effectively build relationships with C-suite executives and physician candidates
- Strong interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building abilities are required
- Excellent organizational and computer skills are necessary; CRM proficiency is a plus
- Consistent employment history with verifiable references is required
