We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and attract top talent to join our team.
Position Summary: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs efficiently. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who is passionate about finding the right people to help our company grow.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the company.
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites, to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and online platforms, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, maintaining clear communication, and offering a seamless recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
