Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at PeopleShare Inc. in King of Prussia, PA. This is a direct hire position with extensive benefits.

Job Details:
  • Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, M-F
  • Pay: $ / hour (rate based on experience)
  • Full-Time: Direct Hire
  • Location: King of Prussia, PA
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and direct incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
  2. Schedule customer appointments with our team.
  3. Respond to email and text communications from new and existing clients in a timely manner.
  4. Conduct client care follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with our team to provide a positive experience for all clients.
  6. Create and maintain a client referral program to drive growth.
  7. Continuously look for opportunities to enhance our customer experience.
  8. Assist with data entry and office administration tasks.
  9. Order and manage office supplies.
  10. Coordinate company functions and activities with the direction of the Director of Finance.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with the geographical area of the Main Line.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly and pleasant phone presence.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Outstanding oral communication skills.
