Position Details:
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Compensation: $22 – $25 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule appointments for clients with our team of arborists.
- Respond promptly to communications from both new and existing clients.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with arborist staff to enhance client experiences.
- Develop and maintain a client referral program.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer interactions.
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed.
- Oversee the ordering and management of office and kitchen supplies.
- Coordinate company events and activities under the guidance of the Director of Finance.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the local geographical area is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Sheets.
- Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Friendly and approachable phone demeanor.
- Excellent written communication skills, including proper grammar and punctuation.
- Outstanding verbal communication abilities.
