Job Title: Director of Business Development

At Encore Talent Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth and expand our client base.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospect and client organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within defined market segments.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience with a solution focus and ability to establish a value proposition.
  • Proficient in utilizing a CRM, Hubspot preferred.
  • Strong new business networking and prospecting skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals.
