Role Overview:
The Community Engagement Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the company and its customer base, ensuring that the voice of the customer is effectively represented within the organization.

This position is essential for fostering a vibrant community around the brand, enhancing customer interaction, and delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the external representative of the brand, facilitating communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple brands within a designated category, ensuring consistent and effective customer engagement.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to interact with customers.
  • Oversee the implementation of the company's online community strategy, promoting engagement and interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Editorial and Marketing, to maintain a cohesive brand voice.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Relations, Journalism, Communication, or Marketing, or demonstrate equivalent experience in a related area.

A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience is typically required for this role.
