We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our compensation and benefits initiatives, provide support and training to our personnel, and lead a team focused on their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align with Strategic Objectives for Enhanced Profitability, Minimized Risk, Innovative Practices, and Structured Growth
- Administer and manage all facets of the organization’s total compensation framework
- Implement adjustments to the salary framework based on recommendations from external analyses
- Design and deliver Compensation Management Training for leaders and HR personnel
- Guide leaders on matters related to compensation and benefits
- Oversee various employee benefit plans throughout the organization
- Collaborate with senior management and benefits consultants on evaluations of benefit plans
- Stay informed on trends in compensation and benefits
- Supervise the annual benefits enrollment process
- Assess and recommend modifications to compensation and benefits policies and procedures in accordance with legal standards and organizational philosophies
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy
- Implement wellness programs aimed at reducing healthcare costs
- Produce monthly reports utilizing HRIS and reporting tools
- Engage in departmental goal setting and achievement
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
- Manage relationships with vendors
- Ensure adherence to legal regulations and reporting obligations
Leadership Duties:
Lead and manage employee-related functions such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution. Support strategic initiatives and employ Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (Master's degree preferred) and a minimum of five years of experience in compensation and benefits are required. PHR and/or CEBS certification is advantageous.
Essential Skills:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software. Ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
Communication and Analytical Skills:
Strong communication and analytical abilities to interpret documents and convey information effectively. Proficiency in mathematical concepts for practical applications.
