Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage all facets of the organization’s total compensation framework

  • Assess and recommend modifications to compensation and benefits policies and procedures in accordance with legal standards and organizational philosophies
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy
  • Implement wellness programs aimed at reducing healthcare costs
  • Produce monthly reports utilizing HRIS and reporting tools
  • Engage in departmental goal setting and achievement
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
  • Manage relationships with vendors
  • Ensure adherence to legal regulations and reporting obligations

Leadership Duties:

Lead and manage employee-related functions such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution. Support strategic initiatives and employ Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (Master's degree preferred) and a minimum of five years of experience in compensation and benefits are required. PHR and/or CEBS certification is advantageous.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software. Ability to adapt to emerging technologies.

Communication and Analytical Skills:

Strong communication and analytical abilities to interpret documents and convey information effectively. Proficiency in mathematical concepts for practical applications.
