What responsibilities will you have?

· Act as a central point of contact, connecting personally with consumers to humanize the brand and relay feedback to various internal departments (consumer services, brand management, legal, tech support, marketing, IT, etc.).

· Ensure our brands are effectively represented on social media and in ratings & reviews, while providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

· Implement the social media voice and guidelines for managed brands, enhance consumer engagement, and promote a positive customer experience.

· Collaborate with external agency partners (including PR, digital, and media) and internal teams to support their objectives, ensuring a consistent brand voice and a robust social presence.
