Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales Team at Procore Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers and growing revenue through new product sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute prospecting and account plans to build rapport and create opportunities
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and obtain business requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with SDRs and Solutions Engineers to showcase Procore's position as the leading construction software solution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts and provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to communicate customer goals, pain points, and relevant customer information for a smooth hand-off to post-enrollment activities
  • Pursue knowledge of key competitors to effectively communicate Procore's value proposition
  • Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within CRM
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Obtain repeat business, referrals, and references by applying an understanding of customer requirements
  • Network, build relationships, and execute service agreements
Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • 8+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
  • Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
  • Proven record of success in inside sales and/or outside sales-based selling models
  • Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and develop trusted relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably
  • Proven ability to build and manage pipeline and forecasting
What We Offer:

Base Pay Range $118,400 - $162,800 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $236,800 - $325,600. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
