Foundations for Living is seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Interpreter to join their team. The interpreter will provide translation services to non-English speaking patients during their treatment stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely translation services to patients and staff
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; college credits/college degree in language or psychology preferred
  • Certified Medical Interpreter or Certified Healthcare Interpreter
  • Minimum of 1 year working with psychiatric patients/behavioral health population preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
