Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health. As a key member of our educational community, you will work with students across various grade levels to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to identify students' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Individualized Therapy Plans: Create and implement tailored therapy plans to support students' communication development and progress.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support and services.
  • Extended Services: Provide support for students with a range of needs, including makeup work, Extended School Year (ESY) services, and New School Year (24/25) services.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree: Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • ASHA Certification: Hold ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or be eligible for certification.
  • State Licensure: Possess state licensure or be able to obtain licensure in the relevant state.
  • Experience: Preferably, have experience working with K-12 students, but not required.
