Position Overview:
As a vital member of our healthcare team, the Speech Therapist is responsible for assessing and treating patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in both inpatient and outpatient environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual patient needs.
- Participate in established speech pathology programs that include patient care and educational initiatives.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure effective treatment delivery within the scope of practice.

Qualifications:
- Education: A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary; we welcome new graduates.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- CCC-SLP - Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (Required) or CFY - Clinical Fellow Year Eligible (Required).
- SLP-LIC - Pennsylvania Speech Pathologist License (Required).
- BLS - Basic Life Support Certification (Required).
