Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in an educational setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication issues in students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Therapy Planning: Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaboration with Educators: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure student progress and success.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly record and track student performance and therapy results to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
  • IEP Participation: Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Possess current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Certification: ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is highly desirable.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and educators.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in an educational environment is preferred.
