Your Role:
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our distribution operations through a variety of lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Leading diverse projects aimed at refining processes and boosting operational efficiency.
  2. Utilizing ergonomic motion analysis and AI tools to implement process enhancements.
  3. Collaborating on the design and rollout of new equipment and engineering methodologies to elevate production quality and efficiency.
  4. Identifying and supporting quality assurance processes to optimize throughput and enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Providing technical support to resolve equipment-related challenges for both purchased and in-house tooling.
  6. Driving improvements in facility layout to enhance workflow and productivity.
  7. Engaging in inventory management activities to optimize facility turnover.
  8. Participating in and leading employee engagement initiatives.
  9. Championing lean methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, material flow, and quality control systems.
  • A foundational understanding of inventory management practices.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic modeling capabilities using software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
  • A collaborative mindset and demonstrated personal leadership.
