  • Financial Management: Continuously review financial performance to ensure compliance with budgets and assist with collections as needed.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure ongoing projects meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Policy Enforcement: Implement and enforce all company policies and procedures.
  • Safety and Compliance: Prioritize safety to minimize or eliminate workers' compensation claims and improve the EMR rating.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associates degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated successful project and business management experience.
