Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Manager to join our team at DISH. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with our business objectives and support employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports employee engagement
  • Conduct in-depth market research and salary benchmarking to ensure we stay competitive in attracting and retaining talent
  • Align and manage base pay structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs that motivate performance and reward results
  • Partner with Accounting to oversee equity compensation programs, including ESPP, stock option grants, and long-term incentive plans
  • Collaborate with HR teams, Finance, and department leaders to ensure solutions meet both business and employee needs

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation management or related roles, with proven expertise in developing compensation strategies

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends to make informed decisions
  • Experience in designing, analyzing, and managing various compensation programs, including base pay, bonus structures, equity plans, and incentive compensation plans
  • Expertise in compensation software, job evaluation systems, and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts for various audiences
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, pay equity regulations, and compliance standards

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan. Compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
