Key Responsibilities:

Lease renewal negotiations and tenant relations

Oversee ongoing maintenance and operations, including landscaping, snow removal, repairs, and capital improvement projects

Manage tenant accounts, ensure timely collection of rents, and follow up on delinquent payments

Respond to emergencies and keep the owner updated about the status of necessary repairs

Oversee contract vendors and reconcile annual CAM/additional expenses

Create and maintain property budgets

Requirements:

At least ten years of experience in property management

Knowledge of commercial building systems and experience working with vendors and contractors

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in Skyline Accounting Software a plus
