This role is a key part of our Human Resources team, working closely with innovators to drive creative ambition across the company. As a Senior Compensation Manager, you'll be responsible for administering competitive, equitable, and performance-driven compensation programs that empower employees to thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team that designs and implements compensation programs, including base pay structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs
  • Conducting market research and salary benchmarking to ensure we stay competitive in attracting and retaining top talent
  • Partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, support talent acquisition, and drive retention efforts
  • Providing expert guidance and oversight to ensure our compensation policies and practices align with industry trends and company goals

We're looking for a strong analytical thinker with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in compensation management or related roles, we'd love to hear from you.
