About the Role

Tepa Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a team of environmental professionals in managing large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental project management, with a focus on remediation, compliance, and investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple environmental projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure contractual requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Provide daily direct project support to clients, including project updates and progress reports.
  • Manage project finances, including budget development and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in geology, engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of environmental project management experience, including remediation, compliance, and investigations.
  • Strong understanding of project financials and ability to manage budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and project teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Federal and DoD project management experience.
  • PMP or other project management-related certifications.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
