About the Role
The Luxury Service Expert is a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our discerning guests. This position involves addressing operational needs, processing guest requests, and completing reports. The ideal candidate will be proactive in delivering a wide range of services that enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a luxurious work environment and maintain confidentiality
- Protect company assets and uphold quality standards
- Maintain a professional image, including uniform and personal grooming
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, and lifting objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No prior work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
