We are seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Senior Analyst to join our team at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. This role is responsible for the efficient management of day-to-day purchasing activities within the assigned Technical Operations (Tech Ops) area.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Procurement Operations, this position is crucial in ensuring compliance with procurement policies, optimizing spend, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Procurement Execution: Manage purchase requisitions, adhering to cost-efficiency and quality standards, and identify bottlenecks to optimize requisition workflow.
  • Expertise and Guidance: Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ariba within the Tech Ops area, providing guidance on the Source-to-Pay process.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify purchasing trends, and implement process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of general business experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum.
