Join Our Team:
Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our host families, au pairs, and contractors via phone and email.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that facilitates cultural exchange between international visitors and American host families. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our program by resolving customer inquiries, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone and email.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, provide feedback, and train new hires.
  • Prioritize customer needs and set realistic expectations.
  • Review documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Remind host families of program fees, due dates, credits, and discounts.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable for your region.
