**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Workflow Expert to join our team in Cambridge, MA. This long-term, temporary role offers a competitive hourly rate of $30-$45 and the opportunity to work with a diverse community of researchers and management.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

  • Document business process workflow, including diagram creation for support
  • Capture business needs and workflow initiatives from global stakeholders
  • Support stakeholder management processes and engage with business owners, users, and service providers
  • Contribute to IT project planning, prioritization, and budgeting
  • Communicate strategies, ideas, and goals to senior management
  • Coordinate product/service documentation and training
  • Develop foundational service design documentation
  • Assist with special projects as required

**Requirements:**

  • 2-3 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working in the scientific environment, preferably in drug development
  • Practical experience understanding, collecting, and documenting requirements and use cases
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
